Wholesale Terms of Sale

These Wholesale Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from Enchantmints (“Enchantmints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for resale by approved retail businesses (“you” or “Stockist”). By applying for a trade account, placing an order, or buying from our wholesale store, you agree to these Terms. This store is for approved business accounts only and isn’t intended for consumer purchases. For how we handle personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.

1. Trade accounts & approval

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved Stockists. To open an account, submit a wholesale application; we review each one by hand and may request a valid resale certificate or other business documentation. We may approve or decline any application, and may suspend or close an account, at our discretion. Trade accounts are for genuine resale through your retail business and may not be used for personal purchases or for buying on behalf of unauthorized third parties.

2. Trade pricing

Wholesale prices are shown to approved accounts when signed in and are confidential to your business. Prices exclude any applicable taxes and shipping and may change at any time. We work to display pricing and product information accurately; if an obvious error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order.

3. Minimum order & case packs

The minimum opening order is US $250. Products are sold in case packs and must be ordered in multiples of the case-pack quantity (4 units). Minimums and case-pack sizes may be updated from time to time and are shown on the relevant product pages.

4. Payment

Unless we have agreed Net-30 terms with you in writing, orders are payable in full at the time of purchase through our checkout or by approved invoice. Established accounts may be offered Net-30 terms at our discretion, with invoices due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to place an account on hold or revoke terms for overdue balances.

5. Shipping, lead times & risk of loss

Orders ship from our United States fulfillment partner. We work to ship promptly, and current lead times are confirmed on your order. Shipping costs, where they apply, are added at checkout or on your invoice. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the goods are delivered to the carrier. Please file any carrier-damage claims promptly (see Damages & returns below).

6. Damages & returns

Please inspect every shipment on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email admin@enchantmints.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or credit. Because these are wholesale goods for resale, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns, and opened or used case packs aren’t returnable. Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization (an RMA); when a return is approved we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

7. Resale & brand use

Authorized resale channels. Enchantmints wholesale products are purchased for resale through your own physical retail store(s) and your own branded e-commerce website. Approved Stockists may not resell Enchantmints products through any third-party online marketplace (including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Temu, Wish, and AliExpress) or social-commerce shop (including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Shops). Accounts found reselling through unauthorized channels may have wholesale pricing and account access suspended or terminated.

Products are sold for resale in their original form through your approved retail channels. All designs, artwork, photographs, and other content are the property of Enchantmints and are protected by copyright and trademark. Approved Stockists may use our product images and descriptions to market and sell the products they have purchased, without altering them. You may not reproduce, manufacture, or distribute imitations of our products, or use our brand assets in any way that misrepresents your relationship with us.

8. Warranty & limitation of liability

Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, which is your exclusive remedy for defective goods. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Michigan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
